some cases whole windows to prevent
water leaks and window frames decaying

Decision Reason:
This thriving community centre for those with learning
difficulty, autism and other conditions lies just outside the ward
with many of the services users having home addresses within
Broadmead. This money will go some way to ensuring the building is
repaired in a timely manner so that community members can continue
to get the benefits of this unique place.
