freelance carnival artists to work with local school
students to make costumes to take part in the
carnival parade.

Reason:
I
am consistently impressed with Strange Cargo and the work they do
to include our community in
a
meaningful way in the arts and culture. Charivari is a highlight of
the year, and I know from
feedback from schools that the work that they really appreciate
the incredible work that Strange
Cargo do for it.
