Reason:
With a tradition going back 27 years, Charivari is a community
celebration whose legacy speaks for itself. It's a fantastic
opportunity for students, teachers and the whole community to come
together to bring a day of extravagance and flamboyance to
Folkestone. 20,000 participants to date is pretty impressive. I
hope Strange Cargo is planning for the next 20,000!
