Purpose

This
reportrequests appointments to the board of Otterpool Park Limited
Liability Partnership.
 

Decision

1.     To receive and
note Report C/23/74.
2.     To terminate
Andy Jarret’s appointment as one of the Council’s
appointments to the board of the LLP;
3.     To appoint Gary Ridgewell as one of the
Council’s nominees / directors on the board of the
LLP.
 

Reasons for
decision:
 
The
Leader is asked to agree the recommendations set out below because
it is necessary to consider the appointments to the board of
Otterpool Park LLP following recent changes in staffing.
