Purpose

Effective from 07 July 2024 the Leader has appointed Paula Hirst as Non Executive Independent Chair of the Board of the Otterpool Park LLP.

Decision

DECISION:

1. To receive and note Report C/24/12
2. That with effect from 7 July 2024, Paula Hirst be appointed as non executive independent Chair of the Otterpool Park LLP Board, for a term of four years at an annual remuneration of £10k per annum.

Reasons for decision:

Acting under delegated powers, the Leader may make or change an appointment of the Council to Otterpool Park LLP.  The Leader wishes to appoint Paula Hirst as Non Executive Independent Chair of the Board Otterpool Park LLP for a term of four years.
