Decision Reason:
Litter is an ongoing problem across the
district and I welcome this initiative from the Swingfield Community Group. Taking practical action
to care for the environment is affirmative and builds community
cohesion. It also raises awareness of waste disposal and the
importance of recycling in line with current 50:50 campaign to
improve recycling rates.
