The Cabinet decided on 16 September 2026 to approve a review of future service delivery arrangements for Parking Enforcement Services. Officers are to undertake due diligence and appraisal of bringing the service in-house or retendering it. Authority is delegated to the Director of Place, Assets & Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Resources, to take forward the most beneficial option.
