The Cabinet decided to adopt the Local Lettings Plan Policy on 16 September 2026. The policy sets out the Council's approach to agreeing Local Lettings Plans with registered providers for the allocation of new-build affordable housing schemes. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director and Housing Innovation Manager, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, to make minor amendments to the policy.
