Council’s Scheme of Delegation: GEN1 To enter into any
contract for works and the supply of goods and services.
Having consulted with the Leader of the Council:
DECISION
To award without further competition a call-off contract for
management consultancy services to support the Council’s
development of proposals for local government reorganisation. The
award shall be made under Lot 3 of the Crown Commercial Services
Framework RM6187 (Complex & Transformation) to
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in accordance with the framework’s
direct award criteria.
