Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from: Cabinet
Decision 29th January 2025 in respect of commissioning
Gloucestershire Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) Programme
2025-2026

Decision

Following the conclusion of a mini competition
process through the HAF Modified Framework Agreement for Round
Twelve (1st April 2025 until 31st March 2026)
of the Gloucestershire Holiday Activity and Food Programme (HAF),
and having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Children’s
Safeguarding and Care in accordance with the Cabinet Decision dated
29th January 2025, the Executive Director of
Children’s Services agrees to: 
 

Appoint new providers to the
framework for Summer and Winter 2025 within the parameters of the
cabinet decision to ensure continuity of HAF provision (Appendix
1). 

Confirm Lot Two allocations in the
amount of £146,803 and Lot Three Provider allocations in the
amount of £52,565 for Summer and Winter delivery periods
(Appendices 2 and 3 respectively)  

Assign countywide HAF Community
Connector allocations in the amount of £52,565 for Summer and
Winter delivery periods (Appendix 4)
