Decision

To award a contract relating to the provision
of Community Autism Support and Advice (CASA) Services to the
existing provider of such services, namely Gloucestershire Rural
Council and Communities (GRCC), under Direct Award Process C of The
Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023
(“PSR 2023”) subject to outcome of any representations
received by the Gloucestershire County Council (“GCC”)
during the PSR 2023 statutory standstill period.  
 
The contract shall continue for a period 2
years and include an option to extend its term for a further period
of 1 year (i.e., 2+1 years).
