Pursuant to an Authorisation from Cabinet on
21/09/2022: Procurement of Specialist Vehicles GFRS

Following the conclusion of a mini-competition process under Lot 20
of the YPO Framework Agreement 0001170 for Purchase, Hire and Lease
of Specialist Vehicles and Associated Services, for of a call-off
contract for the supply of an Incident Command Unit Vehicle, and
having consulted with Chief Fire Officer and the Cabinet Member
with responsibility for Public Health, Communities and Fire in
accordance with the Cabinet Decision dated 21st September
2022:

DECISION

To award a call-off contract for the supply of an Incident Command
Unit to the preferred tenderer namely W.H. Bence (Coachworks)
Limited.
