Having considered all of the information,
Cabinet noted the report and
RESOLVED to:

Agree to adopt the role of Scheme promoter in
respect of the Honeybourne Cycle Link Scheme (“the
Scheme”) from Great Western Railway (GWR) for the Honeybourne
Cycle Link Scheme.

Delegate authority to the Executive Director of
Economy, Environment & Infrastructure (in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Sustainable Transport & Road Safety
to:

Conduct a series of competitive procurement
processes in respect of contracts for the supply of construction
works in relation to the Scheme.

Award such contracts to the preferred tenderers,
subject to having received firm fixed costings within budget
against identifiable funding sources.
