DECISION
- To approve the payment of a licence fee to Pause for Change for a period of two years (maximum value £42,000). This licence is required to enable delivery of the nationally accredited Pause model.
- To approve the commissioning of a Pause Programme delivery contract (23 months, including mobilisation and delivery) at a maximum value of £386,000, and to agree the use of the Consultancy+ (C+) Framework as the route to market.
