Purpose
Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Children's Safeguarding and Care following ICM Decision dated 15 April 2025 on the decision to allocate funding to the Fostering Capital Support Scheme (FCSS), we are now looking to record and confirm:
To award a works contract for the supply of an additional bedroom to a private homeowner’s property to Snape Contracting. The proposed contract will have an agreed maximum cost of £115,200 with works expected to be complete before the end of 2026.
