Reviewed and agreed the following policies:

Electrical Safety Policy

Fire Safety Policy
 
2.           
Noted this is a review of an existing policy with minor
amendments.  Authorised the Director of
Housing and Safer Communities, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member, to make such future minor amendments to these policies as
appropriate
considering changes to legislation, case law or guidance.
 
3.           
Authorised the Director of Housing and Safer Communities, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member, to make future minor
amendments to the following compliance policies already approved,
as appropriate reflecting on changes to legislation, case law or
guidance: -
 
·       
Water Safety Policy signed-off in Decision Report
dated 18th October 2024
·       
Gas and Carbon Monoxide Safety Policy signed-off in
Decision Report dated 18th October 2024
·       
Asbestos Safety Policy signed-off in Decision Report
dated 18th October 2024
·       
Lift and Lifting Equipment Policy signed-off in
Decision Report dated 6th March 2023.
