1.
Approved a joint application for the Local Electric
Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) funding scheme with Lewisham Council
as the lead party for up to £2.981 million for Electric
Vehicle Charge Point (EVCP) installation. Lewisham Council will
receive the funding and allocate half (50%) of the funding to Royal
Borough of Greenwich.

Approved in principle to procure the electric
vehicle charging point providers through an open tender with
Lewisham Council to form a contract(s) for a period of 15 years,
valued at an estimated £9.9 million, with no direct cost to
the Council.

Noted that the funding will be spent through a
contractual arrangement with the successful contractor where
Lewisham is the lead.

Noted that approval to proceed to tender will be the
decision of the Director of Communities, Environment and Central
following the recommendations of the Corporate Procurement Board
