Granted approval to proceed with a competitive
tender procedure in accordance with Contract Standing Order (CSO)
15.2 to procure a Contractor for undertaking works in relation to
the upgrade of communal heating and ventilation systems at Azile
Everitt House, and upgrade of the communal heating system at 50 St.
John’s Park.

Approved entering into a contract, following the
tender exercise, with the successful Tenderer for delivering the
works.

Noted that the estimated contract value is up to
£3,000,000 (£3m) (excluding VAT), which is below the
threshold for works contracts under the Public Contracts
Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015).

Noted that the estimated contract period would be
between 9-12 months from the contract commencement date.
