ice cream trading in the Borough 

Content

1.           
Noted the outcome of an appeal to  the Magistrates Court relating to  King William Walk being a prohibited street for
itinerant ice cream trading. (judgment appended to the report at
Appendix 1).
 
2.           
Noted the court order, within the judgment at
Appendix 1 of the report to re-run the statutory procedure to
designate King William Walk as a prohibited street for itinerant
ice cream trading. 
 
3.           
Agreed commencement of statutory consultation
pursuant to section 37 of the LLAA 1990 .
