Noted that the contract with RGE Services Ltd
(“RGE”) (company registration number 03305853) for the
servicing, testing, maintenance and repair of communal fire
detection and firefighting equipment expires on 30 June
2025.

Approved the procurement strategy set out in this
report for the procurement of a 5-year contract from 1 July 2025 to
30 June 2030 valued at
c.£1.4million. A competitive open tendering process will be
carried out pursuant to CSO 18.3.1 to enable continuity of critical
servicing and maintenance of fire detection and firefighting
equipment.

Noted that an approval to award decision will be
sought following the conclusion of the tender evaluation in
accordance with CSO 17.2.
