Resolved to defer the
item to another meeting in line with the Local Committee terms of
reference section 5.4.2 (d  )to allow
the committee  to consider and address
concerns raised by Members, in respect of the reasons for the
overturn recommendation and any proposals to address these to be
the subject of further advice and to then be tested and discussed
at the next convened meeting.
