the Housing Capital Investment Programme outcomes
during 2023/24, as set out in sections 4.1 – 4.10 of the
report.      
 
Approved
a Housing Revenue Account (HRA) capital budget of
£10,200,000 for the delivery of Disabled Adaptations, based
on the information set out at section 4.11 of the
report.
 
Agreed
the budget virements of existing capital budgets, as
set out in section 4.13 of the report, with detail in Appendix B of
the report, to facilitate the delivery of the five-year capital
programme.
