the Woolwich Ferry Roundabout and approve the scheme as a strategic
traffic management scheme.

representations received in response to, the public consultation
and stakeholder engagement which have informed the design of the
route.

Agreed that to the principle that TfL undertake
detailed design and construction of the route, subject to securing
the necessary decision(s) from the chief officer to advertise
traffic order(s) for consultation and enter into an agreement
pursuant to section 8 of the Highways Act 1980 for construction of
