That consent be subject to

and its addenum.

That the skylights to the rear extension be
sealed.
 
That the Assistant Director
(Planning & Building Control) be authorites to make any minor
change to the detailed working of the recommended conditions, as
set out in the report (Appendix 2), its addendums and the minutes
of this Area Committee meeting, where the Assistant Director of
Planning & Building Control considers it appropriate, before
issuing the decision notice.
