Resolved that full planning
permission be granted for aground-floor rear extension, a
dormer extension and the change of use from a single dwelling house
(Class C3) to a 6-bed HMO (Class C4.
 
That planning permission be
granted subject to an additional condition on any decision notice
requiring a management plan to be submitted describing how the new
HMO use would be managed in a way which would minimise impacts on
the amenity of neighbouring occupiers.
 
That the Assistant Director
(Planning & Building Control) be authorised to make any minor
changes to the detailed wording of the conditions as set out in
Appendix 2 of the main report and its addendums, where the
Assistant Director (Planning & Building Control) considers it
appropriate, before issuing the decision notice.
 
That it was noted that the
previous addendum report printed a differing description of
development in error – the development has the above
description of development and this has remained unchanged since
the submission of the application.
