Noted the agreement between the
Council and recognised Trade Unions in respect of changes to the
Terms and Conditions of the Red Book Repairs and Investment Trade
Staff Members Confidential Appendix A.
 
Noted that this agreement will
come into effect from April 2025
 
Agreed to treat the information
presented in Appendices A and B as exempt under the provisions of
the Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A, and that this
information is not subsequently released to the press or
public.
