Purpose

Note the new pavement licensing
provisions from the Levelling-Up and Regeneration Act 2023. Agree
the new pavement licence fees of up to £350 for renewals and
up to £500 for new applications.

introduced by the Levelling-Up and Regeneration Act
2023.

for renewals and £500 for new applications, contributing
towards full cost recovery of the service.

where seating is provided, businesses will be required to make

in accordance with the Leader’s Scheme of
Delegation.
