Purpose

The contract for the council's
major financial system is due to expire in 2026. This decision is
to award a new contract for this core system need, giving time to
implement.

Content

1.           
Approved a direct award under a framework (under CSO
22.4) to Bramble Hub Ltd (Company Registration. 4136381) following
a successful acceptance of their quotation submitted in line with
the Crown Commercial Services e-sourcing requirements for a Direct
Award under Lot 1 – Enterprise Software (RM6285) Back Office
Software 2 Framework.

 
2.           
Noted that the award is for the provision of the
Technology One Council financials solution, and the contract period
is 10 years from the date this report is signed by the Chief
Officer. The total anticipated maximum value will be
£2,309,550.10.

 
3.           
Noted further that this system will replace the
incumbent Civica Financials system (except for the income
management solution, also known as ‘Enterprise Cash
Receipting’).
