1.           
Approved the transfer of funds of the 2023 to 2027
Voluntary and Community Sector – Creativity for Everyone -
Woolwich Creative Club project from Plumstead Home School to
Creative Pulse during the 2023-27 funding period.  From April 2024 to March 2027.

2.           
Noted that the Council’s Cabinet agreed on 25
January 2023 to support the Woolwich Creative Club with a total
grant award over four years of £24,000 from April 2023 to
March 2027.

3.           
Noted the Woolwich Creative Club is delivering key
community and cultural benefits in line with KPIs set out in their
VCS funding agreement for 2023 to 2027.

4.           
Noted the service delivery plan for the Woolwich
Creative Club is for children and young people from underserved
backgrounds can experience high quality education in instrumental
music learning, playing together as a band and learning other
creative activities.

5.           
Noted that Plumcroft Home School/Creative Pulse
approached the Council in November 2024 to explore the transfer of
grant award to the new organisation called Creative
Pulse.

6.           
Agreed the transfer the remaining balance of
£18,000 to Creative Pulse for the remaining three years of
the funding cycle from April 2024 to March 2027.
