1.           
Agreed a grant award of £100,000 to
South East London Mind Limited
(registered charity no. 1082972) (“SEL
Mind”)  as a contribution
towards  the charity’s capital
works to refurbish their new delivery space at The Forum,
Greenwich.
 
2.           
Agreed that the grant award of £100,000 be
funded from available section 106 monies received by the Council as
a financial contribution towards health facilities, including
mental health facilities, within the Royal Borough.
 
3.           
Agreed for the Council to enter into a funding
agreement with SEL Mind to govern expenditure of the £100,000
sum awarded as grant pursuant to this report, the terms of which
are to be agreed by the Director of Resources and the Director of
Legal and Democratic Services.
