1. Approved the award
of contracts for the delivery of major and responsive repairs and
voids refurbishment works to:
(a)
T Brown Group Ltd (Company number 01006630)
(“TBG”) for an estimated value up to £14,000,000
(£14m) (excluding VAT) over seven (7) years (equivalent to
£2,000,000 per annum);
(b)Purdy Contracts Ltd (Company
number 01830283) (“PCL”) for an estimated value up to
£14,000,000 (£14m) (excluding VAT) over seven (7) years
(equivalent to £2,000,000 per annum);
(c)
Axis Europe plc (Company number 01991637)
(“AEP”) for an estimated value up to £14,000,000
(£14m) (excluding VAT) over seven (7) years (equivalent to
£2,000,000 per annum); and
(d)T. Gilmartin Ltd (Company number
04169879) (“TGL”) for an estimated value up to
£14,000,000 (£14m) (excluding VAT) over seven (7) years
(equivalent to £2,000,000 per annum)
in accordance with CSO 28.3 to carry out major
and responsive repairs and voids refurbishment
works.
2. Noted that the
cumulative estimated value of the contracts with TBG, PCL, AEP, and
TGL is £56,000,000 (£56m) (excluding VAT) over seven
(7) years (equivalent to £8,000,000 per annum).
3. Noted that the
contracts with TBG, PCL, AEP and TGL will run from on or around
1st June 2025 up to 31st May 2029 for an
initial period of four (4) years with the option to extend the
contracts for a further period of three (3) years.
