Noted that reported Tenant Perception Measures
(TSMs) have been calculated accurately and in accordance with
regulatory requirements set out in the Regulator of Social
Housing’s (RSH) Technical Requirements documents.
2.
Approved the 2024/25 outturn report which covers
TSMs and RBG’s compliance with the TSM
requirements.
3.
Agreed that the
results of the TSM surveys can be published, as per the requirement
by the RSH, on the Council’s website and in Talk Housing, the
tenants’ quarterly newsletter.
