The item was withdrawn from the
agenda, in advance of the meeting as -

The agenda has been published with the incorrect
ward, the site was marked as Plumstead Common Ward but is Shooters
Hill Ward which is subject to a by election.
·      
To avoid anyone who may have missed this fact and as
such decided not to participate in the committee item the item was
withdrawn
·      
If the item was not withdrawn a persons could claim
they may have been prejudiced because they may not have progressed
taking part in the item as they did not notice the incorrect ward
detail.
