charges for the financial year 2025/26.

1.   
Agreed the proposed fees and charges for the
financial year 2025/26 as set out in Appendix 1of this report in
accordance with the Leaders Scheme of Delegation.
 

2.   
Noted that fee increases are as a result of
benchmarking to achieve cost recovery for Royal Borough of
Greenwich
 

3.   
Noted that it is the intention to apply the changes
from 28th July 2025 to 31st March 2026 where
possible.
 

4.   
Approved the future progression discount structures
for the emission-base charging for residents permits, business
permits and on and off-street paid parking.
