Purpose

Following the end of the
representation period (formal consultation), this decision report
seeks a decision from the Cabinet Lead Member to implement the
proposal. 

Content

1.           
Noted the statutory notice and proposal in Appendix
A of this report to establish a Local Authority Resourced Provision
(LARP)[1] at Fossdene
Primary School including the statutory prescribed alterations
process that was followed as set out in paragraphs 4.2 to 4.4 of
the report.
 
2.           
Noted the factors in support of the proposal in
Table 2 and that no objections were received to the formal
consultation ending on 4 June 2025.
 
3.           
Determined and agreed to implement the LARP proposal
at Fossdene Primary School with effect from 1 September
2025.
