to be detailed in the notice of determination with the additional
conditions requiring

Submission of a Construction Management Plan, with
specific attention to health and safety; waste water during
construction, asbestos investigation and removal and fire risk
management to be agreed with officers prior to commencement of
works

The submission of a Management Plan, including
details of the provision of a 24 hour contact number for
neighbouring properties and commitments to site inspections, prior
to commencement of works
 
That the Assistant Director
(Planning & Building Control) be authorised to make any minor
changes to the detailed wording of the recommended conditions as
set out in Appendix 2 of the report, where the Assistant Director
(Planning & Building Control) considers it appropriate, before
issuing the decision notice.
