Noted the outcome of the
consultation process pursuant to section 37 of the London Local
Authorities Act 1990 (“LLAA1990”) to designate King
William Walk as a prohibited street for itinerant ice cream
trading. 
 
Noted the outcome of the
Cabinet meeting on 9th April 2025, recommending that King William Walk, SE10
be designated as a prohibited street for itinerant ice cream
trading. 
 
Resolved that King William
Walk, SE10 be designated as a prohibited street for itinerant ice
cream trading.
