Content

1.           
Agreed to the procurement of a construction contract
for a 12-month term, to undertake essential repairs to the roof and
replacement of plant and equipment located on the roof of the
Eltham Centre.
 
2.           
Noted that in accordance with paragraph 3.3 the
decision is urgent therefore exempt from the 28 day forward plan
notice (but will still be subject to publication and
call-in).
 
3.           
Agreed to commit funds for the project from the
corporate planned maintenance capital budget at a pre-tender
estimated value of £10,000,000.
