Took into consideration all comments that have been
received and outlined in Appendix 1, following the advertising of
the draft Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) in Woolwich Road,
Woolwich Church Street, Church Hill, Kingsman Street, Frances
Street, Leda Road, Pett Street, Ruston Road, Warspite Road,
Cleveley Close, Eastmoor Street, Westmoor Street, Charlton Lane,
Penhall Road, Gallon Close, Anchor and Hope Lane, Gallions Road,
and Charlton Church Lane in relation to section 2 of the Greenwich
Woolwich Cycle route.
 

2.   
Noted the formal objections received in response to
the statutory consultations.
 

3.   
Agreed to principle of the making of the TMOs
without amendment, as per the plans shown in Appendix 2.
 

4.   
Agreed to authorising the Director for Communities,
Environment and Central  (“Chief
Officer”) to make the TMOs and take the relevant steps to
implement the TMOs.
 

5.   
Agreed to authorising the Chief Officer to agree the
content of an agreement pursuant to Section 8 of the Highways Act
1980 for construction of the route subject to the Chief Officer
preparing a future authority to enter into this agreement.
