Purpose

To make an award of contract for
the provision of fire risk assessment and associated
services

Content

1.   
Granted approval to proceed with a mini competition
under the Pretium Building & Fire Safety framework agreement in
accordance with Contract Standing Order (CSO) 15.2 to procure a
provider for undertaking fire risk assessments and associated
services in residential properties on a boroughwide
basis.
 

2.   
Noted that the estimated contract value is up to
£2,500,000 (£2.50m) (excluding VAT), which is above the
threshold for services contracts under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA
2023).
 

3.   
Noted that the contract duration would be five (5)
years from the commencement date (estimated to be on or around
1st October 2025 and is subject to change).
 

4.   
Noted that an approval to award decision will be
sought following the conclusion of the tender evaluation in
accordance with CSO 17.2.
