Resolved that the decision be
deferred in order to allow retrieval of the archived webcast
recording of the Local Planning Committee meeting of the 22 October
2024, at which the matter was previously considered, in order to
allow Members to view the debate with the applicant and their
representatives.
 
Further, to allow the
applicants representative, who attended the meeting of 22 October
2024, to attend a future meeting.
