1.
Agreed the breakdown in Sub-regional Allocations for
Rough Sleeping Winter Pressures 2024/25 Funding for Southeast
London as set out in Appendix 1 to this report, and to authorise
the distribution of funds to all participating
organisations.
2.
Noted that in November 2024 the Royal Borough of
Greenwich (RBG) received a total allocation £406,371.00 in
Rough Sleeping Winter Pressures funding for 2024/25 from the
Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) for
additional sub-regional funding.
3.
Noted that the conditions of the grant are
un-ringfenced and there is no risk of grant claw back.
4.
Noted that RBG was selected as the lead borough for
this funding holding responsibility for the allocation of funding
across the sub-region, covering the London boroughs of Bexley,
Bromley, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark and Greenwich.
5.
Noted that the grant allocation is for the 2024/25
financial year and is not ring-fenced.
