Purpose

To award a contract to appoint
a consultant to provide architectural and PAS 2035 design services
for building retrofit being undertaken under the Council’s
capital programmes

Content

1.           
Granted approval to proceed with a competitive
tender procedure under CHIC Healthy Homes Framework: Lot 1 in
accordance with Contract Standing Order (CSO) 15.2 to procure a
Consultant to provide architectural and PAS2035 design services
associated with delivery of retrofit works in our capital
programmes.
 
2.           
Noted that the estimated contract value is up to
£4,008,500 (excluding VAT), which is above the threshold for
services contracts under the Procurement Act (PA) 2023.
 
3.           
Noted that a risk assessment was undertaken in
accordance with CSO 16.2.2 using the Greenwich Risk Assessment
Process (GRAP), which determined that this procurement is
high-risk.
 
4.           
Noted that the contract commencement date is
estimated to be on or around 1st October 2025 (and is subject to
change) and the contract period would be for 36 months from the
commencement date.
