£5.470,632, for Connect to Work Programme (CtW) and
£882,280 for the Improving Economic Activity (IEA)Trailblazer
programme.

Entered a grant agreement with the Local London
Sub-Regional Partnership (LLP), to deliver the ‘Connect to
Work Programme (CtW)’ in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, with
a grant allocation of £5.4m, the basis of which is summarised
in Section 4 of the report.

Agreed that the Council enters a contract with the
LLP to deliver the DWP ‘Improving Economic Activity
(IEA)’ Trailblazer programme in the Royal Borough of
Greenwich, with a grant allocation of £882,280, the basis of

London Subregional Partnerships in respect to wider changes
throughout the programme period.
