1.           
Appointed and awarded two chargepoint suppliers,
Jolt Limited and Ubitricity Distributed Energy Systems UK Limited,
for the procurement of EVCI and associated services. This includes,
but is not limited to, the installation and maintenance of a
publicly accessible EVCI network in the Borough to facilitate the
transition to EVs for residents, visitors and businesses. The
infrastructure and associated services will be fully funded by the
Chargepoint Operator (CPO). The total value of the contracts is to
be confirmed, once final package of charge points to be delivered
by each supplier is finalised. In total, the contracts are valued
at approximately £5-6 million and shall commence for a period
of 15 years from the commencement date, being the date the
contracts are signed.
