1.           
Agreed the allocation of a one-off financial
contribution of £2,050 to the Black Female Entrepreneur
Greenwich to support the delivery of the community initiative Music
Matters project in Woolwich Common ward.

2.           
Noted the proposal has been submitted by Councillor
Anthony Okereke and Councillor Elizabeth Ige.  As the proposal
is submitted by the Leader and relates to his Ward (Woolwich
Common), it would not be appropriate for him to make the
decision.  The Deputy Leader therefore makes the decision in
accordance with Article 7.02 of the Council’s
Constitution.
