1.           
Agreed the allocation of a one-off financial of
£500 to the Woolwich Garrison Church Trust as a contribution
to support the continuation and development of fortnightly
community events initiated in April 2025, specifically designed for
learning-disabled young adults and adults.
 
2.           
Noted that the proposal has been submitted by
Councillor Anthony Okereke and Councillor Elizabeth
Ige.  As the proposal is submitted by
the Leader and relates to his Ward (Woolwich Common), it would not
be appropriate for him to make the decision.  The Deputy Leader 
therefore makes the decision in accordance with Article 7.02 of the
Council’s Constitution.
