Granted approval to proceed with a competitive
tender procedure In accordance with Contract Standing Order (CSO)
18.3 to procure a term contract with two lots for maintenance of
the corporate estate.  The two lots will
be Building Fabric works, and Drainage works.

Noted that the estimated contract value is up to
£34,000,000 (excluding VAT)), which is above the threshold
for works contracts under the Procurement Act (PA) 2023.

Noted that the contract commencement date is
