Agreement to lease for new
cafe  / coffee shop/bistro operator to  occupy part of
the ground floor in the new Market Pavilion Café in
Beresford Square, and to provide economic benefits as part of
Future High Street Fund deliverables and for the benefit of Royal
Borough of Greenwich residents and economy

1.   
Agreed to the granting of a lease to Bob’s
Your Uncle Coffee Limited for thenew Market Pavilion Café,
Beresford Square in Woolwich on the terms set out in this
report.
 

2.   
Noted that the recommendation contained within this
report is to progress a letting at less than best consideration
(i.e. an undervalue) for the reasons provided in Exempt Appendix B
& C.
 
3.     
Agreed to treat the information presented in Exempt
Appendix B & C as exempt under the provisions of the Local
Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A based on “Information
relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular
person (including the authority holding that information)”.
Agree that the exempt information presented in Exempt Appendix B
& C is not subsequently released to the press or
public.
