Noted the decision of Leader of
the Council taken on 3 October 2025 and agreed to take no further
action.
 
However, the Sub-Committee
expressed strong concern about the impact on boundary roads,
recommending:
 
1.Continued monitoring and
public sharing of data.
2.Further development of
mitigation measures and engagement with stakeholders, especially
Transport for London (TfL).
3.To take into account broader
safety issues, such as any ASB from disgruntled drivers.
